About Simon
Simon has been with ELP for over 25 years – from day one, in fact! He joined the organisation as Production Manager, held the position of Operations Manager for more than 10 years, before becoming Operations Director. Prior to joining ELP, Simon also worked within the lighting industry so has an awful lot of experience.
Simon is responsible for the day-to-day running of all manufacturing, production, conversion, laboratory and purchasing activities.
Having moved into the role of Managing Director, Simon is looking forward to tackling fresh challenges, working with colleagues new and old to ensure ELP’s continued success.
