Terms and Conditions of Sale
GENERAL
These conditions apply to all sales of goods by Emergency Lighting Products Ltd. (The Company) and shall prevail over any other terms or conditions contained or referred to in the purchasers order unless agreed in writing between the parties.
TERMS
Settlement of all accounts is normally required before the end of the month following date of invoice. Where a new account is required to be opened, a Bank and two trade references are required. New clients requiring urgent delivery on their initial order should arrange for payment on a proforma invoice.
Late payment will incur interest from day due at a rate of 3% above that of the Company's bankers.
The Company shall have the right to discontinue delivery and the discretion to determine any contract if the customer defaults on payment.......
