New LED products

Emergency Lighting Manufacturers, ELP Limited have introduced a range of new LED light pods and very compact battery / driver units which will allow emergency lighting to be provided integrally within compact luminaires (previously too small to accept conventional conversion equipment).The single LED light pods will achieve the required emergency lighting illuminance level of 1 Lux minimum along the centre of an escape route at spacings of approximately 4metres, The triple LED units can even be used for normal ambient lighting as well as providing very effective emergency lighting in large open areas. All of the ELP light emitting diode products offer very long life, reliable performance and compact size. This is a new and effective way of meeting the requirements of BS5266.

  Other new products

Emergency Lighting Products Limited have released a number of new ranges offering robust IP rated luminaires for mains and emergency lighting applications. However, the main advantage of these new products is the stylish designs which are far more attractive than most IP rated fittings. The ranges include the ELEGANCE 28Watt 2D fittings which are available with a choice of coloured finishes including traditional brass and chrome but also offered with translucent body colours. The STYLE range offers complimentary round and square 16Watt 2D luminaires and the PROTECTOR 28Watt 2D range utilises a pressure cast aluminium body

 

 

 

New Central Systems

ELP have extended their range of DC and AC central power systems with a new range of Compact Static Inverter systems. The CEN-Power Static Inverter range provides useful power ratings with the smallest possible footprint. Indeed the whole design is intended to minimise the amount of space required to provide an essential back-up mains supply. CEN-Power units allow full access to circuits, terminals and batteries via the ventilated front door. Available with 1hour or 3hour autonomy the CEN-Power units utilise high quality 10year life Valve Regulated Lead Acid batteries.

The CEN-Power range offers systems capable of supporting loads from 1KVA (3hour) upto 24KVA (3hour) from single phase versions and 32KVA from a 3-phase version. As with all ELP systems the CEN-Power units can be supplied complete with a wide range of factory fitted options including integral distribution ways with single or double pole breakers, remote monitoring via LAN, integral printer, additional monitoring etc.

New LED and Cold Cathode exit signs launched by Emergency Lighting Products Limited

ELP have launched two new ranges. SignalLED is a range of suspended and recessed LED Exit sign luminaires. The high brightness white LED's allow attractive products with conventional styling in a much smaller housing. They also offer low energy consumption and very long life (greater than 50,000 hours continuous operation). Swingblade also offers both suspended and recessed versions but incorporating Cold Cathode technology and offering a rotating legend blade allowing wall or ceiling fixing from the same luminaire. Both ranges are available with self-test facility.

ELP UK have also introduced the BEACON Exit sign range intended to provide conventional illuminated safety signage but offering a stylish alternative to the traditional 'box' signs. The BEACON series utilises extruded aluminium side rails which can be supplied with a wide range of painted or anodised finishes. The legend panels provide 36metre viewing distances and are evenly illuminated ensuring good visibility even in the presence of smoke.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Emergency Lighting Products Limited - new factory

ELP have expanded into a new 7500sq ft factory just half a mile from their original base. David Wright (Managing Director) said that the move reflects the success that ELP have been enjoying and was necessary to ensure that the company could continue to provide the Emergency Lighting manufacturing and conversion services to the exacting quality standards demanded by the ISO9000-2000 and ICEL1004 Registrations.

The new factory provides ELP increased manufacturing capacity and storage space which will improve the already impressive delivery service of their wide range of emergency lighting products and services. Most orders for standard products are now available with next day delivery.
